The Prophet ﷺ said in his sermon, "The burden of proof is upon the claimant, and the oath is upon the one against whom the claim is made."This hadith has some criticism in its chain of narration. Muhammad bin Ubaydullah al-Arzami is considered weak in hadith due to his memory. Ibn Mubarak and others declared him weak.
