The Messenger of Allah ﷺ cursed the one who gives a bribe and the one who takes a bribe in matters of judgment.
حدثنا قتيبة حدثنا أبو عوانة عن عمر بن أبي سلمة عن أبيه
لعن رسول الله ﷺ الراشي والمرتشي في الحكم
Its isnad is hasan. Ahmad narrated it in 22/387, 388 from the hadith of Abu Awana with the same wording, and Ibn Hibban graded it sahih, no. 1196, as did Hakim in 4/103.
