We had wine belonging to an orphan in our possession. When Surah al-Maidah was revealed, I asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about it, saying, "It belongs to an orphan."He said, "Pour it out."

[Sahih]. Ahmad narrated it in 3/26 from the hadith of Mujalid with the same wording, and Ibn Jarud graded it sahih, no. 853. It has corroborating narrations in Tirmidhi, no. 1293, and Abu Dawud, no. 3675, and others.There is also a narration on this topic from Anas bin Malik, perhaps he is referring to the following hadith, no. 1294.
