Fatimah bint Abu Hubaysh came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "Messenger of Allah, I am a woman who experiences continuous bleeding and never becomes pure. Should I abandon prayer?"He replied, "No, that is only a vein, not menstruation. When your menstrual period comes, leave the prayer, and when it ends, wash the blood from yourself and pray."Abu Muawiya added in his version of the hadith, "Perform ablution for every prayer until that time comes."
