The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Allah has forbidden through breastfeeding what He has forbidden through birth."

Graded sahih. Nasai also reported it, in the book of marriage, chapter on what becomes forbidden through breastfeeding, 6/98, 99, hadith no. 3202, from the hadith of Yahya Qattan with this chain. The hadith is also in Muwatta, 2/607 (Yahya's narration), with the chain Sulayman bin Yasar from Urwa bin Zubayr from Ayesha. Bukhari also reported it, hadith no. 4796, and Muslim, hadith no. 1445, from the hadith of Urwa with this chain.
