The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The conditions most deserving to be fulfilled are those by which you have made intimate relations lawful."Abu Musa Muhammad bin al-Muthanna narrated to us, Yahya bin Saeed narrated to us from Abdul-Hameed bin Jafar something similar.
حدثنا يوسف بن عيسى حدثنا وكيع حدثنا عبد الحميد بن جعفر عن يزيد بن أبي حبيب عن مرثد بن عبد الله اليزني أبي الخير
قال رسول الله ﷺ إن أحق الشروط أن يوفى بها ما استحللتم به الفروج حدثنا أبو موسى محمد بن المثنى حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد عن عبد الحميد بن جعفر نحوه
Agreed upon. Muslim narrated it in the Book of Marriage, chapter on fulfilling conditions in marriage, hadith 1418, from the narration of Waki, and Bukhari, hadith 5151, from the narration of Yazid, with the same chain.
