Agreed upon [by Bukhari and Muslim]. Bukhari narrated it in the chapter on Nikah, section on shighar, hadith no. 5112, and Muslim narrated it, hadith no. 1415, both from the hadith of Malik through this same chain, and it is found in the Muwatta (Yahya's version) 2/535.
