The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When someone comes to you whose religion and character you find satisfactory, marry him. If you do not, there will be turmoil and corruption on earth."They said, "Messenger of Allah, even if he has some shortcoming?"He replied, "When someone comes to you whose religion and character you find satisfactory, marry him." He said this three times.
حدثنا محمد بن عمرو السواق البلخي حدثنا حاتم بن إسمعيل عن عبد الله بن مسلم بن هرمز عن محمد وسعيد ابني عبيد
قال رسول الله ﷺ إذا جاءكم من ترضون دينه وخلقه فأنكحوه إلا تفعلوا تكن فتنة في الأرض وفساد قالوا يا رسول الله وإن كان فيه قال إذا جاءكم من ترضون دينه وخلقه فأنكحوه ثلاث مرات
Its isnad is daif. Tabarani narrated it in 22/300, no. 762, from the hadith of Hatim bin Ismail through this route. Abdullah bin Muslim is daif, and Muhammad and Saeed are unknown narrators (Taqrib).
