I heard the Prophet ﷺ recite in the dawn prayer, "When the sun is wrapped up in darkness" [Takwir 81:1].
أخبرنا محمد بن أبان البلخي قال حدثنا وكيع بن الجراح عن مسعر والمسعودي عن الوليد بن سريع
سمعت النبي ﷺ يقرأ في الفجر إذا الشمس كورت
[Its chain of transmission is sahih] Ahmad narrated it: 306/4, from Waki, through him, and it is in Kubra, hadith no. 1023.
