I prayed behind the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. When he said the opening takbir, he raised his hands to just below his ears. When he recited "not of those who have earned Your anger, nor of those who have gone astray" [Fatihah 1:7], he said, "Ameen," and I heard it while standing behind him.The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then heard a man say, "All praise belongs to Allah, abundant, wholesome, and blessed praise."When the Prophet ﷺ finished his prayer with the salam, he asked, "Who spoke those words during the prayer?"The man replied, "It was I, Messenger of Allah, and I meant no harm by it."The Prophet ﷺ said, "Twelve angels rushed to carry them up, and nothing held them back until they reached the Throne."
أخبرنا عبد الحميد بن محمد قال حدثنا مخلد قال حدثنا يونس بن أبي إسحق عن أبيه
صليت خلف رسول الله ﷺ فلما كبر رفع يديه أسفل من أذنيه فلما قرأ {غير المغضوب عليهم ولا الضالين} قال آمين فسمعته وأنا خلفه قال فسمع رسول الله ﷺ رجلا يقول الحمد لله حمدا كثيرا طيبا مباركا فيه فلما سلم النبي ﷺ من صلاته قال من صاحب الكلمة في الصلاة فقال الرجل أنا يا رسول الله وما أردت بها بأسا قال النبي ﷺ لقد ابتدرها اثنا عشر ملكا فما نهنهها شيء دون العرش
[Sahih] Reported by Tabarani in al-Kabir: 23/22, no: 41, p: 22-21, no: 36, from the hadith of Yunus, in abridged form. It is also in al-Kubra, no: 1004, and its basis is in Sunan Ibn Majah, no: 855.Abdul-Jabbar, his status was mentioned earlier at 880. His hadith has many corroborating witnesses, including the preceding hadith and others, except for his statement, "nothing stopped it short of the Throne," for which I found no one to corroborate him, so it is daif.
