Ayesha said, "There was a cloth in my house with images on it, and I placed it on a recessed shelf in the room. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would pray facing it. Then he said, 'Ayesha, move it away from me.' So I took it down and made it into cushions."

كان في بيتي ثوب فيه تصاوير فجعلته إلى سهوة في البيت فكان رسول الله ﷺ يصلي إليه ثم قال يا عائشة أخريه عني فنزعته فجعلته وسائد
Muslim recorded it in the Book of Clothing, in the chapter on the prohibition of depicting the image of animals etc, hadith no. 92/2107, from the narration of Shubah, and Bukhari recorded it in the Book of Clothing, in the chapter on images that are trodden upon, hadith no. 5954, from the narration of Ibn Qasim, with the same chain, and it is in Kubra, hadith no. 837.
