[Its chain of transmission is sahih] Abu Dawud narrated it in the Book of Prayer, chapter on what interrupts the prayer, hadith no. 703, and Ibn Majah in the Book of Establishing Prayers, chapter on what interrupts the prayer, hadith no. 949, from the hadith of Yahya Qattan, through him, the hadith of Shubah only, and it is also found in Kubra, hadith no. 827. Ibn Khuzayma graded it sahih, hadith no. 832, as did Ibn Hibban, hadith no. 412.
