Saeed bin Musayab reported,
Umar 
banished Rabia bin Umaya to Khaybar for drinking wine, but he fled to Heraclius and converted to Christianity. Umar then said, "I will never again banish a Muslim after this."

Darussalam
Its isnad is daif. It is found in Sunan al-Kubra, hadith 5186, and Musannaf of Abdul-Razzaq, 9/230, 231, hadith 17040. Zuhri narrated with an, indicating a possible break in the chain. It has a corroborating witness reported by Abdul-Razzaq, 7/311, hadith 13320, though its chain is daif, 7/314, and disconnected.
