The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to me, "Recite."I asked, "What shall I recite?"He said, "Recite 'Say, He is Allah, the One,' recite 'Say, I seek refuge with the Lord of the daybreak,' and recite 'Say, I seek refuge with the Lord of mankind.'"Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ recited them and said, "People have never sought refuge with anything like them," or, "People do not seek refuge with anything like them."
أخبرنا أحمد بن عثمان بن حكيم قال حدثنا خالد بن مخلد قال حدثني عبد الله بن سليمان الأسلمي عن معاذ بن عبد الله بن خبيب
قال لي رسول الله ﷺ قل قلت وما أقول قال قل هو الله أحد قل أعوذ برب الفلق قل أعوذ برب الناس فقرأهن رسول الله ﷺ ثم قال لم يتعوذ الناس بمثلهن أو لا يتعوذ الناس بمثلهن
