While we were with Muawiya on one of his pilgrimages, he gathered a group of the Companions of Muhammad ﷺ and said to them, "Do you not know that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade wearing gold except in small pieces?"They replied, "By Allah, yes."Yahya bin Abu Kathir differed regarding this, with disagreement among his companions over his narration.
