The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "This religion is ease, and no one makes the religion overly burdensome without it overcoming him. So be balanced, draw near to perfection, rejoice in the good news, make things easy, and seek help through the morning journey, the evening journey, and a portion of the night."
أخبرنا أبو بكر بن نافع قال حدثنا عمر بن علي عن معن بن محمد عن سعيد
قال رسول الله ﷺ إن هذا الدين يسر ولن يشاد الدين أحد إلا غلبه فسددوا وقاربوا وأبشروا ويسروا واستعينوا بالغدوة والروحة وشيء من الدلجة
