Rafi bin Khadij reported,

[Sahih] Ibn Majah reported it in the Book of Legal Punishments, chapter "No hand is to be cut off for stealing fruit or palm heart," hadith no. 2593, from the hadith of Waki with this wording. It is also found in Sunan al-Kubra, hadith no. 7456.
