The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no amputation for stealing fruit or the pith of the palm tree."
أخبرنا محمد بن إسمعيل بن إبراهيم قال حدثنا أبو نعيم عن سفيان عن يحيى عن محمد بن يحيى بن حبان
قال رسول الله ﷺ لا قطع في ثمر ولا كثر
[Sahih] It is found in Sunan al-Kubra (Nasai), hadith no. 7455.
