The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The hand of the thief is to be cut off for a quarter of a Dinar or more."
قال الحارث بن مسكين قراءة عليه وأنا أسمع عن ابن وهب عن يونس عن ابن شهاب عن عروة وعمرة
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال تقطع يد السارق في ربع دينار فصاعدا
