The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The blood-money for the people of dhimmah is half the blood-money of the Muslims, and they are the Jews and the Christians."
أخبرنا عمرو بن علي قال حدثنا عبد الرحمن عن محمد بن راشد عن سليمان بن موسى وذكر كلمة معناها
قال رسول الله ﷺ عقل أهل الذمة نصف عقل المسلمين وهم اليهود والنصارى
Sourcing, its isnad is hasan. Ahmad, 2/183, narrated it from the hadith of Muhammad bin Rashid, through him, and it is in Kubra, no. 7009. The following hadith serves as a corroborating witness for it, narrated by Abu Dawud, no. 4583, Tirmidhi, no. 1413, and Ibn Majah, no. 2644, from the hadith of Amr bin Shuayb, through him.
