One of the companions of the Prophet ﷺ reported that the Prophet ﷺ entered Mecca in the year of the Conquest and said, "Indeed, the victim of quasi-intentional killing, one slain by a whip or a stick, requires a blood-money of one hundred camels, forty of which must be pregnant ones carrying their young."

أن رجلا من أصحاب النبي ﷺ حدثه أن النبي ﷺ دخل مكة عام الفتح قال ألا وإن قتيل الخطإ العمد قتيل السوط والعصا منها أربعون في بطونها أولادها
