The Prophet ﷺ said, "The victim of unintentional killing that resembles intentional killing, such as one struck with a whip or a stick, requires a blood-money of one hundred camels, forty of which must be pregnant with their young."
أخبرنا محمد بن بشار قال حدثنا عبد الرحمن قال حدثنا شعبة عن أيوب السختياني عن القاسم بن ربيعة
عن النبي ﷺ قال قتيل الخطإ شبه العمد بالسوط أو العصا مائة من الإبل أربعون منها في بطونها أولادها
Its isnad is sahih. Ibn Majah narrated it in the Book of Blood Money, Chapter on the Diyah for Quasi-Intentional Killing Being Made Heavier, hadith 2627, from Muhammad bin Bashshar, through the same route. It is also found in Al-Kubra, hadith 6994.Abdul-Rahman is Ibn Mahdi.
