A man from among the companions of the Prophet ﷺ reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever kills a man from the people under covenant will not find the fragrance of Paradise, though its fragrance can be detected from a distance of seventy years' travel."

عن رجل من أصحاب النبي ﷺ أن رسول الله ﷺ قال من قتل رجلا من أهل الذمة لم يجد ريح الجنة وإن ريحها ليوجد من مسيرة سبعين عاما
