The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever buys date palms after they have been pollinated, the fruit belongs to the seller, unless the buyer stipulates otherwise. And whoever sells a slave who has wealth, his wealth belongs to the seller, unless the buyer stipulates otherwise."
أخبرنا إسحق بن إبراهيم قال أنبأنا سفيان عن الزهري
عن النبي ﷺ قال من ابتاع نخلا بعد أن تؤبر فثمرتها للبائع إلا أن يشترط المبتاع ومن باع عبدا وله مال فماله للبائع إلا أن يشترط المبتاع
Muslim narrated it in the book of business transactions, chapter on one who sells palm trees bearing dates, hadith no. 80/1543, from the hadith of Sufyan bin Uyayna through this route, and it is also in Kubra, hadith no. 6232.
