The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When two parties make a transaction, the sale is not binding until they part from each other, unless it is a sale with the option of choice."
أخبرنا علي بن حجر قال حدثنا هشيم عن يحيى بن سعيد قال حدثنا نافع
قال رسول الله ﷺ المتبايعان لا بيع بينهما حتى يتفرقا إلا بيع الخيار
