The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The two parties to a sale each retain the right of choice as long as they have not parted, unless the sale was made with a stipulated option."Nafi said, "Whenever Abdullah bought something that pleased him, he would part from his companion."
أخبرنا عمرو بن علي قال حدثنا عبد الوهاب قال سمعت يحيى بن سعيد يقول سمعت نافعا يحدث
عن رسول الله ﷺ إن المتبايعين بالخيار في بيعهما ما لم يفترقا إلا أن يكون البيع خيارا قال نافع فكان عبد الله إذا اشترى شيئا يعجبه فارق صاحبه
