Harith bin Amr reported,

Harun bin Abdullah informed us, saying, Hisham bin Abdul-Malik narrated to us, saying, Yahya bin Zurara as-Sahmi narrated to me, saying, my father narrated to me from his grandfather Harith bin Amr that he met the Messenger of Allah ﷺ during the Farewell Pilgrimage.He said, "I said, 'May my father and mother be ransom for you, Messenger of Allah, ask forgiveness for me.'"He replied, "May Allah forgive you all," while he was upon his she-camel al-Adba.Then I came around from the other side and continued the hadith.

أخبرني هارون بن عبد الله قال حدثنا عفان قال حدثنا يحيى بن زرارة السهمي قال حدثني أبي

عن جده الحارث بن عمرو

ح وأنبأنا هارون بن عبد الله قال حدثنا هشام بن عبد الملك قال حدثني يحيى بن زرارة السهمي قال حدثني أبي عن جده الحارث بن عمرو أنه لقي رسول الله ﷺ في حجة الوداع فقلت بأبي أنت يا رسول الله وأمي استغفر لي فقال غفر الله لكم وهو على ناقته العضباء ثم استدرت من الشق الآخر وساق الحديث
