Anas bin Malik reported,

Some people, or some men, from the tribes of Ukl or Urayna came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "Messenger of Allah, we are people who keep livestock and are not accustomed to settled farming life." They found the climate of Madinah unhealthy, so the Messenger of Allah ﷺ assigned to them some camels and a shepherd, and instructed them to go out with the camels and drink from their milk and urine. When they recovered their health, they were in the area of al-Harrah, and they renounced their faith after having embraced Islam. They killed the shepherd of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and drove the camels away. So he sent men in pursuit of them, and they were brought back. He had their eyes branded with hot iron, their hands and feet cut off, and then he left them in al-Harrah in that state until they died.
