Bashir bin Saad reported,

A man came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "Messenger of Allah, my wife Amra bint Rawaha has instructed me to give a gift of charity to her son Numan, and she asked me to call you as a witness to it."The Prophet ﷺ asked him, "Do you have other sons besides him?"He replied, "Yes."The Prophet asked, "Have you given them the same as what you have given this one?"He answered, "No."The Prophet said, "Then do not call me to witness an injustice."

أخبرنا أحمد بن سليمان قال حدثنا محمد بن عبيد قال حدثنا إسمعيل عن عامر قال

أخبرت أن بشير بن سعد

أتى رسول الله ﷺ فقال يا رسول الله إن امرأتي عمرة بنت رواحة أمرتني أن أتصدق على ابنها نعمان بصدقة وأمرتني أن أشهدك على ذلك فقال له النبي ﷺ هل لك بنون سواه قال نعم قال فأعطيتهم مثل ما أعطيت لهذا قال لا قال فلا تشهدني على جور
