His maternal aunt was divorced and wanted to go out to harvest dates from her palm grove, but a man met her and forbade her from going out. So she came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, who said, "Go out and harvest the dates from your palm trees. Perhaps you may give in charity or do some good deed."
أخبرنا عبد الحميد بن محمد قال حدثنا مخلد قال حدثنا ابن جريج عن أبي الزبير
طلقت خالته فأرادت أن تخرج إلى نخل لها فلقيت رجلا فنهاها فجاءت رسول الله ﷺ فقال اخرجي فجدي نخلك لعلك أن تصدقي وتفعلي معروفا

Muslim narrated it in the chapter on the permissibility of a woman observing iddah after an irrevocable divorce, or a widow, going out during the day for her needs, in the Book of Divorce, hadith no. 1483, from the hadith of Ibn Jurayj, with this chain. It is also in Kubra, hadith no. 5744.
