Allah sent revelation to the Prophet ﷺ while I was with him, so I got up and shut the door between him and myself. When the revelation eased from him, he said to me, "Ayesha, Jibreel sends you greetings of peace."
حدثنا محمد بن آدم عن عبدة عن هشام عن صالح بن ربيعة بن هدير
أوحى الله إلى النبي ﷺ وأنا معه فقمت فأجفت الباب بيني وبينه فلما رفه عنه قال لي يا عائشة إن جبريل يقرئك السلام
[Its chain of transmission is daif] Tabarani narrated it, and through his route Mizzi cited it in Tahzib Kamal 25/9, from the hadith of Abdah bin Sulayman, with this wording. It is also found in al-Kubra, no. 8900.Salih bin Rabia was deemed reliable only by Ibn Hibban, no one else.
