The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever has two wives and favors one over the other will come on the Day of Resurrection with one of his sides leaning."
أخبرنا عمرو بن علي قال حدثنا عبد الرحمن قال حدثنا همام عن قتادة عن النضر بن أنس عن بشير بن نهيك
عن النبي ﷺ قال من كان له امرأتان يميل لإحداهما على الأخرى جاء يوم القيامة أحد شقيه مائل
[Its chain of transmission is daif] Tirmidhi transmitted it in the chapter on marriage, in the section on treating co-wives equally, hadith no. 1141, from the hadith of Abdul-Rahman bin Mahdi, and it is also found in al-Kubra, hadith no. 8890. Ibn Hibban, Hakim, and Dhahabi graded it sahih. Qatada used the vague form "an" in his narration, as previously noted at hadith no. 34. It has a daif corroborating narration in Abu Naeem's Akhbar Isbahan, 2/300.
