The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "What distinguishes the lawful from the unlawful is the announcement."
أخبرنا محمد بن عبد الأعلى قال حدثنا خالد عن شعبة عن أبي بلج قال سمعت
قال رسول الله ﷺ إن فصل ما بين الحلال والحرام الصوت
