Bukhari transmitted it in the Book of Legal Tricks, Chapter on Legal Tricks Regarding Marriage, hadith no. 6960, and Muslim, the Book of Marriage, Chapter on the Prohibition and Invalidity of Shighar Marriage, hadith no. 58/1415, both from Ubaydullah bin Saeed with this chain.
