A man spoke to the Prophet ﷺ about something, and the Prophet ﷺ said, "Indeed, all praise belongs to Allah. We praise Him and seek His help. Whoever Allah guides, none can lead astray, and whoever Allah leads astray, none can guide. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah alone, with no partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and messenger. Now then..."
أخبرنا عمرو بن منصور قال حدثنا محمد بن عيسى قال حدثنا يحيى بن زكريا بن أبي زائدة عن داود عن عمرو بن سعيد عن سعيد بن جبير
أن رجلا كلم النبي ﷺ في شيء فقال النبي ﷺ إن الحمد لله نحمده ونستعينه من يهده الله فلا مضل له ومن يضلل الله فلا هادي له وأشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له وأشهد أن محمدا عبده ورسوله أما بعد
Muslim narrated it, Jumuah, chapter on shortening the prayer and the sermon, hadith no. 868, from the hadith of Dawud bin Abu Hind, through this same chain.
