Her father gave her in marriage when she was previously married, and she disliked that. So she came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he annulled the marriage.
أخبرني هارون بن عبد الله قال حدثنا معن قال حدثنا مالك عن عبد الرحمن بن القاسم وأنبأنا محمد بن سلمة قال حدثنا عبد الرحمن بن القاسم عن مالك قال حدثني عبد الرحمن بن القاسم عن أبيه عن عبد الرحمن ومجمع ابني يزيد ابن جارية الأنصاري
أن أباها زوجها وهي ثيب فكرهت ذلك فأتت رسول الله ﷺ فرد نكاحه
Bukhari recorded it in the Book of Marriage, Chapter, "If a man marries off his daughter while she is unwilling, her marriage is void," hadith no. 5138, 5139, from the hadith of Malik through this route. It is also found in the Muwatta (Yahya's recension) 2/535, and in Al-Kubra, no. 5380.
