أخبرنا إسحق بن منصور قال حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد عن ابن جريج قال سمعت ابن أبي مليكة يحدث عن ذكوان أبي عمرو
عن النبي ﷺ قال استأمروا النساء في أبضاعهن قيل فإن البكر تستحي وتسكت قال هو إذنها
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Legal Tricks, Chapter on Marriage, hadith no. 6971, and Muslim narrated it in the Book of Marriage, Chapter on the Consent of the Previously Married Woman Being Verbal and That of the Virgin Being by Silence, hadith no. 1420, from the hadith of Ibn Jurayj through this same chain. It is also found in Al-Kubra, hadith no. 05376.
