Whenever the Messenger of Allah ﷺ went to Quba, he would visit Umm Haram bint Milhan, and she would feed him. Umm Haram bint Milhan was married to Ubada bin Samit. One day the Messenger of Allah ﷺ came to her, and she fed him and sat grooming his head for lice. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ fell asleep, then woke up laughing.She said, "I asked, 'What makes you laugh, Messenger of Allah?'"He replied, "Some people of my nation were shown to me setting out as warriors in the path of Allah, riding upon the midst of this sea, kings upon thrones," or "like kings upon thrones." Ishaq was uncertain which.She said, "I said, 'Messenger of Allah, pray to Allah that He make me one of them.'"So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed for her, then went back to sleep.Harith said, then he slept, then woke up laughing. She said, "I asked him, 'What makes you laugh, Messenger of Allah?'"He said, "Some people of my nation were shown to me setting out as warriors in the path of Allah, kings upon thrones," or "like kings upon thrones," as he had said the first time.She said, "I said, 'Messenger of Allah, pray to Allah that He make me one of them.'"He said, "You are among the first ones."She sailed upon the sea during the time of Muawiya, and when she came out of the sea she was thrown from her mount and died.
أخبرنا محمد بن سلمة والحارث بن مسكين قراءة عليه وأنا أسمع عن ابن القاسم قال حدثني مالك عن إسحق بن عبد الله بن أبي طلحة
كان رسول الله ﷺ إذا ذهب إلى قباء يدخل على أم حرام بنت ملحان فتطعمه وكانت أم حرام بنت ملحان تحت عبادة بن الصامت فدخل عليها رسول الله ﷺ يوما فأطعمته وجلست تفلي رأسه فنام رسول الله ﷺ ثم استيقظ وهو يضحك قالت فقلت ما يضحكك يا رسول الله قال ناس من أمتي عرضوا علي غزاة في سبيل الله يركبون ثبج هذا البحر ملوك على الأسرة أو مثل الملوك على الأسرة شك إسحق فقلت يا رسول الله ادع الله أن يجعلني منهم فدعا لها رسول الله ﷺ ثم نام وقال الحارث فنام ثم استيقظ فضحك فقلت له ما يضحكك يا رسول الله قال ناس من أمتي عرضوا علي غزاة في سبيل الله ملوك على الأسرة أو مثل الملوك على الأسرة كما قال في الأول فقلت يا رسول الله ادع الله أن يجعلني منهم قال أنت من الأولين فركبت البحر في زمان معاوية فصرعت عن دابتها حين خرجت من البحر فهلكت
