The Messenger of Allah ﷺ departed in tranquility and instructed the people to maintain tranquility. He hastened his pace through the valley of Muhassir and instructed them to throw pebbles at the Jamrah of a size similar to that used in the sling-stone game.
أخبرنا محمد بن منصور قال حدثنا أبو نعيم قال حدثنا سفيان عن أبي الزبير
أفاض رسول الله ﷺ وعليه السكينة وأمرهم بالسكينة وأوضع في وادي محسر وأمرهم أن يرموا الجمرة بمثل حصى الخذف
Its isnad is daif. Abu Dawud narrated it in Manasik, chapter on hastening from Jamm, no. 1944, and Ibn Majah in Manasik, chapter on standing at Jamm, no. 3023, from the hadith of Sufyan Thawri with this chain, and it is in al-Kubra, no. 4016.Abu Naeem is Fadl bin Dukayn, and Yahya bin Saeed Qattan followed him in narrating it, as will come, no. 3055. Abu Zubayr used the vague form "an" in his narration. Muslim also narrated it, no. 1299, from the hadith of Abu Zubayr, who heard Jabir bin Abdullah narrate it, in a very abridged form, and this narration suffices in place of it.
