I would see it on the garment of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and scrape it off.

لقد رأيتني أجده في ثوب رسول الله ﷺ فأحته عنه
Muslim narrated it in the Book of Purification, the chapter on the ruling on semen, hadith no. 107/288, from the hadith of Hushaym, through this chain.
