I never saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ touch any part of the House except the two Yemeni corners.
أخبرنا قتيبة قال حدثنا الليث عن ابن شهاب
لم أر رسول الله ﷺ يمسح من البيت إلا الركنين اليمانيين
Narrated by Muslim, no. 1267 (see the previous hadith from Qutayba). And Bukhari, Hajj, chapter on one who touched only the two Yemeni corners, no. 1609, from the hadith of Layth bin Saad, with the same wording. It is also in Al-Kubra, no. 3929.
