He said, "I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ do ramal from the Black Stone back to the Black Stone, completing three circuits in this manner."
أخبرنا محمد بن سلمة والحارث بن مسكين قراءة عليه وأنا أسمع عن ابن القاسم قال حدثني مالك عن جعفر بن محمد عن أبيه
قال رأيت رسول الله ﷺ رمل من الحجر إلى الحجر حتى انتهى إليه ثلاثة أطواف
Muslim narrated it in Hajj, chapter on the desirability of ramal in tawaf during Umrah, etc., hadith no. 1263, from the hadith of Malik through this chain. It is also found in Muwatta (Yahya): 1/364, and in Kubra, hadith no. 3940.
