I complained to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ that I was unwell. He said, "Perform the tawaf behind the people while riding."So I performed the tawaf while the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was praying beside the Kabah, reciting "By the Mount, and by a Book inscribed" [Tur 52:1–2].

شكوت إلى رسول الله ﷺ إني أشتكي فقال طوفي من وراء الناس وأنت راكبة فطفت ورسول الله ﷺ يصلي إلى جنب البيت يقرأ بالطور وكتاب مسطور
Sourced from Bukhari, Prayer, chapter on bringing a camel into the masjid for a valid reason, no. 464, and Muslim, Hajj, chapter on the permissibility of performing tawaf on a camel or otherwise... etc., no. 1276, from the hadith of Malik through this same chain. It is also found in Muwatta (Yahya's recension), 1/370, 371, and in Kubra, no. 3903.
