The Messenger of Allah ﷺ passed by a man who was being led by another man with something he had mentioned in a vow. The Prophet ﷺ took hold of it and cut it off, saying, "It is a vow."
أخبرنا محمد بن عبد الأعلى قال حدثنا خالد قال حدثنا ابن جريج قال حدثني سليمان الأحول عن طاوس
مر رسول الله ﷺ برجل يقوده رجل بشيء ذكره في نذر فتناوله النبي ﷺ فقطعه قال إنه نذر
