The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There are five harmful creatures that may be killed whether one is in a state of ihram or not, the crow, the kite, the biting dog, the scorpion, and the mouse."
أخبرنا إسحق بن إبراهيم قال أنبأنا وكيع قال حدثنا هشام بن عروة عن أبيه
عن رسول الله ﷺ قال خمس فواسق يقتلن في الحل والحرم الغراب والحدأة والكلب العقور والعقرب والفأرة
Muslim narrated it in Hajj, chapter on what a person in the state of ihram and others are permitted to kill among animals in the areas outside and within the Haram, hadith 68/1198, from the hadith of Hisham bin Urwa with this chain. It is also in Kubra, hadith 3864.
