The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "An army will be dispatched against this sacred sanctuary. When they reach an open desert plain, the first and last of them will be swallowed up by the earth, and not even those in the middle will escape."I asked, "What if there are believers among them?"He replied, "It will serve as a grave for them."

[Its chain is daif]. It is found in Kubra, hadith 3862, where he said, "Gharib, and the one before it is gharib. Abdul-Salam is Ibn Harb, and Dalani is Abu Khalid, and he is daif in terms of his memory, and a mudallis, and he narrated using an ambiguous form indicating transmission. The hadith that follows makes it unnecessary."
