The Prophet ﷺ said, "There are five animals which a person may kill without any blame, whether within the sacred precincts of Mecca or while in the state of ihram. The mouse, the kite, the crow, the scorpion, and the rabid dog."
أخبرنا محمد بن عبد الله بن يزيد المقرئ قال حدثنا سفيان عن الزهري
قال النبي ﷺ خمس من الدواب لا جناح في قتلهن على من قتلهن في الحرم والإحرام الفأرة والحدأة والغراب والعقرب والكلب العقور
Muslim narrated it from the hadith of Sufyan bin Uyayna through this chain. See the previous hadith and the two before it. It is also in al-Kubra, no. 3818, and it has another route in Bukhari, no. 1828.
