The Messenger of Allah ﷺ permitted the person in a state of ihram to kill five kinds of harmful creatures, the crow, the kite, the mouse, the biting dog, and the scorpion.
أخبرنا قتيبة بن سعيد قال حدثنا الليث عن نافع
أن رسول الله ﷺ أذن في قتل خمس من الدواب للمحرم الغراب والحدأة والفأرة والكلب العقور والعقرب
