The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There are five animals that a person in the state of ihram incurs no sin for killing: the crow, the kite, the scorpion, the mouse, and the rabid dog."
أخبرنا قتيبة عن مالك عن نافع
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال خمس ليس على المحرم في قتلهن جناح الغراب والحدأة والعقرب والفأرة والكلب العقور
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of the Penalty for Hunting, in the chapter on what a person in the state of ihram may kill among animals, hadith no. 1826, and Muslim in the Book of Hajj, in the chapter on what is recommended for a person in ihram and others to kill among animals both inside and outside the sanctuary, hadith no. 1199/76, from the hadith of Malik through this chain, and it is also found in Muwatta (Yahya's version), 1/356, and in Kubra, hadith no. 3811.
