Muslim narrated it in the Book of Hajj, in the chapter explaining the forms of ihram and that it is permissible to perform Hajj alone (ifrad), or combine it with tamattu or qiran, etc., hadith no. 121/1211, from the hadith of Malik through this route, and it is also found in Muwatta (Yahya's recension), 1/335, and in Kubra, hadith no. 3695.
